There is a private parking lot behind Clay Theatre. Parking is complimentary for all wedding guests.

Which Airport should I fly into?

The most convenient airport to the venue location is Jacksonville International Airport.

Hotel Block Information:

A Hotel Block has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront. Hotel block expires August 22nd.

*Please note Self parking and Valet Parking is available at the hotel for a fee. (Currently 20.00 per day for Self and 39.00 for Valet, but may vary if there are special events in town)

Shuttle Information:

We will be providing a shuttle for guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville. It will go to and from the Wedding Venue on the Wedding Day. Exact times will be provided upon check-in to the hotel.

Why is the hotel so far from the venue?

We chose to suggest for our guests to stay further from the venue so they can be closer to our families in the Jacksonville area.

The town the venue is in is also very quiet and probably not preferred for guests who want to enjoy other activities while in town.

We will be providing a shuttle for guests to and from the Clay Theater on the wedding day. (No shuttles will be provided to other weekend activities.)
